Triage and investigate VMS issues, gather logs, reproduce defects, and document findings Support release readiness activities, including checklists, smoke tests, and deployment coordination Manage and track operational work in Jira and provide status updates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Milestone VMS Experience with technical troubleshooting and ticketing systems (Jira) Strong documentation skills for triage, release, and integration processes Active Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE) certification is preferred Familiarity with VMS integrations and system configuration tasks
