Conduct labor market analyses and identify trends and opportunities in workforce data Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and present actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant analytics experience in HR, or an advanced degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship Proficient in analytical tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, R, Python, and SQL Up to 10% travel may be required Exposure to labor market analytics is preferred
