Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join a dynamic and growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional who can take ownership of projects and drive value from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the full surveying function across multiple projects
Carry out accurate measurements and cost planning
Prepare pricing, cost reports, and tender documentation
Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirement
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Proven ability to manage and survey projects independently
Strong expertise in measurement, pricing, tendering, and negotiation
Previous experience working on projects in Ireland preferred
Excellent numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail
Highly organised with a focus on deadlines and data
Fluency in English is xcfaprz essential
Salary & Benefits
€85,000 – €100,000
(flexible for the right candidate)
