This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Senior Design Manager to work on a freelance basis on a PCSA for a DfE (Department for Education) framework.
Your contract as Senior Design Manager will start immediately and due to the increased workload for new project opportunities you will be offered a 12-month contract initially.
You will as Senior Design Manager be based in the office in London near to Liverpool Street and you will then follow the project and work 4 days on site and one remotely from home.
Being a DfE framework this contractor has required that for this role, you must have that specific knowledge of the DfE and large schools' projects over £40m in value.
You will work on one of three new preconstruction agreements for a project of £45m, £60m and £72m in value. Locations are Surrey, Kent and Sussex.
As a Senior Design Manager for this role, you will have PCSA, and preconstruction experience being involved from inception to completion.
