Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives on building relationships, closing big deals, and empowering high-performing teams? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to take ownership of key accounts, guide a talented team of Territory Sales Managers across Utah, Idaho, and Montana, and accelerate our growth. In this role, you'll be at the center of our sales successdeveloping strong customer partnerships, mentoring a motivated sales team, and ensuring we consistently exceed revenue goals. Manage, train, and oversee the sales team for JCB Machinery sales in Utah, Idaho, and Montana areas. Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns. Track and relay sales information to the JCB VP of Sales, including trends, and make suggestions for improvements. Take ownership of major customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships. Identify and secure new business opportunities with high-value customers. Coach, motivate, and empower your team to grow their territories and expand the customer base. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to help the team meet and exceed targets. Develop strategies that drive growth while strengthening customer loyalty. Considers updates and developments to ensure ongoing efficiencies and development of the department. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Engaged leader who motivates and inspires others to perform at their best. Experience planning, directing, coordinating, leading, facilitating, teaching, coaching, supervising and evaluating employees. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external departments and customers. Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask. Team player, ability to take direction, and positive attitude. Experience:
Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively. 3-5 years' experience within equipment sales or related field. Advanced time management skills. Knowledge or experience with construction equipment sales or assets rental industry preferred. Benefits:
