Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Employment Type: Part-Time / Per Diem

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front-office operations in a dynamic clinical environment. This role is focused on delivering excellent patient service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within the dental or healthcare field.

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in accordance with established guidelines
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Follow up on missed or canceled appointments
• Maintain and update the appointment calendar
• Register patients and manage check-in processes
• Accurately post charges and process payments
• Check and respond to voicemails daily
• Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist patients with treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Provide administrative support to office staff and management as needed

• Minimum 6 months of Denticon experience in the dental industry
• Experience handling telephone communications
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office environment
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)

• High school diploma or GED required
