Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and inputs patient intake information into medical records system based upon phone inquiries, web inquires or in person events.
• Collect payments from patients, communicate with the general manager and clinicians about scheduling/patient arrival
• Update multiple documents or databases regarding clients, referrals and appointment information. (DMR, Patient Lost reports etc.)
• Verify insurance benefits and/or obtain insurance authorizations with the ability to understand and communicate benefits and
