Facility in Rochester, NY seeking Dermatology locums coverage Rates: $275/hr Opportunity Highlights
  • Start Date: ASAP (typically 4 6 week credentialing lead time).
  • Duration: 26 weeks (initial contract through August 31, 2026).
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
  • Work-Life Balance: No call and no weekends.
  • EMR: Epic (Recent experience required).
  • Credentialing: Emergency privileges may be granted to expedited starts.
Clinical Setting & Workflow The provider will manage a high-volume outpatient dermatology practice with robust clinical support.
  • Patient Volume: patients per day.
  • Support Staff: 1 dedicated support staff member (LPN, RN, or MA) provided for every 12 patients.
  • Scope of Practice: General medical dermatology. Providers with the interest and experience have the option to perform minor outpatient surgical procedures.
Provider Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience.
  • Licensure: Active New York State (NY) license in hand (Required).
  • Certifications: Active BLS.
  • Technical Skills: Recent proficiency in Epic charting is mandatory.
