- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru Nov 2026 w/option to extend year after year up to Nov 1, 2029.
- Preferred Schedule: 40 hours/wk. Monday - Friday; 8am to 4:30pm. On-Call Hours: 4:30pm to 7am. Call is 7 days a month to include one weekend.
- Worksite Setting: VA Medical Center
- Scope of Work: URO will provide onsite clinical coverage, consultation, evaluation, assessment, treatment, minor or major surgical procedures. On call coverage and call backs are also required. Number of patients per clinic is 18-20. Number of procedures per surgical session is 3-5. There are 2 NPs for Urology support. For the OR, there are scrub techs. No PA or NP in the OR.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active/unrestricted medical license (any state). Board Certified in Urologic Surgery. BLS, ACLS, DEA, NPI. Current immunizations.
