Über

NFU Energy is looking for a commercially focused Sales & Channel Manager to lead our consultancy sales function and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to make an impact. You’ll be responsible for improving team performance, strengthening pipeline visibility and conversion, and developing channel partnerships that generate sustainable new business.
What you’ll do
Lead from the front, coaching and developing the sales team to achieve revenue targets Improve pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and overall sales effectiveness Develop and grow channel, partner, and intermediary relationships to generate opportunities Support the progression of key strategic opportunities Work closely with consultancy and marketing teams to align go-to-market activity Provide clear reporting, insight, and performance visibility
What we’re looking for
Experience leading sales teams in a business-to-business, consultative environment Demonstrable success in consultative B2B sales, ideally in energy solutions, services, or a related advisory environment Strong background in channel, partnerships, or indirect sales Commercially astute, with the ability to improve performance and drive growth Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
