Creative Design Analyst
to translate our powerful mission and compassionate services into compelling visual narratives. Your keen eye for design, combined with a strong understanding of marketing principles, will be essential in creating inspiring campaigns to expand our reach. Your Role in Our Mission:
As our Creative Design Analyst, you will be the visual voice for the Highmark Caring Place. You will be responsible for translating our business objectives and marketing strategies into effective design materials that not only deliver upon our organizational goals but also resonate deeply with the unique needs of those we serve. This includes developing and managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and designing various graphic pieces while monitoring performance to expand our reach and connect with our community. This is a unique opportunity to blend your design expertise with marketing savvy to build connections, convey empathy, and inspire hope for the individuals and families we support, our dedicated volunteers, our community partners, and the broader public. This role can be a hybrid or remote based role, however would need to go onsite on Thursdays for staff meetings. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Originates design, art and copy layouts by using typography, photography and illustration. After collaboration, will be responsible for executions of multifaceted campaigns that can include individual print collateral, animations, interactive media, web design, photography, digital photo manipulation, exhibits, displays, signage, environments, logos, presentations, video production consulting, advertising, visual identity systems or conference graphics. Consult with internal partners to evaluate communication needs, study data, consider target audience and their specific needs, conduct creative analysis and research, and formulate design solutions. Project and production management to include the completion of assignments and tracking of reports. Serves as a mentor for interns and new employees. Other duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATION
Required Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or related field Substitutions 3 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Associate's degree Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field EXPERIENCE
