Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Technical Machinery Sales Engineer based in the Greater Houston area, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves driving technical sales efforts, offering expert advice on machinery solutions, and providing hands‑on technical and sales support. The Sales Engineer will work directly with customers to identify needs, create effective solutions, and build long‑term relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and contributing toward revenue growth by meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and demonstrating technical concepts
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Background in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent problem‑solving skills and business acumen
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is preferred
Knowledge of metals fabrication, machining, or manufacturing processes is advantageous
