Support the development and execution of Stryker’s global workplace design strategy to foster a flexible, inclusive, and agile work culture
Support design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations, ensuring alignment with the Stryker Workplace Design Guidelines
Direct internal and external design teams to deliver innovative, purpose-driven workspaces that align with brand, values, and business goals
Use data from surveys, workplace studies, and analytics to guide design decisions and continuously optimize space utilization
Promote agile work environments and space-sharing concepts, supporting employees diverse work styles (remote, hybrid, on-site)
Implement agile design principles that allow spaces to be easily reconfigured based on changing needs or organizational shifts
Work with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of workplace initiatives
Support change management efforts, guiding employees through transitions to new work environments
What you need: Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field is required for this role
8+ years’ of experience in workplace design, corporate real estate, or facilities management is required
4+ years' of designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments is needed to be a qualified applicant for this role
4+ years' of experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex, global projects
4+ years' of experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisions
Preferred:
Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, WELL, NCIDQ)
Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformation
A Master's degree is preferred
$118,000- $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
