Nursery Practitioner

Position: Permanent | Hours: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week | Pay: £12.84 p/h

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, ensuring outstanding opportunities for every child.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued development.
• Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively participating in your own professional growth.
• Foster a fun, caring, and friendly atmosphere.
• Promote a high-quality learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• A dedication to continual professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
