Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Full Time: Up to 40 Hours

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, your role will be dynamic and fulfilling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, ensuring outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of every child.
• Partnering with parents to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
• Assessing and reporting on children's progress to support their continued development.
• Bringing passion and inspiration to your work, while actively pursuing your own professional growth.
• Being fun, caring, and friendly—creating a warm atmosphere for children.
• Promoting a high-quality learning environment that sparks curiosity and joy.

What We Need From You:

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• Availability to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
• A dedication to continual professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or EY Educator.
