Position: Level 2 Practitioner

Hours: Permanent | 40 hours per week | £12.84 p/h | Monday – Friday

At Footsteps, we create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children from birth to 5 years. Our beautiful nursery, spread across three main buildings, feels like a cozy home away from home. Every week, our children enjoy Jo Jingles, where they explore music in a fun and interactive way. We understand that the early years are crucial for lifelong development, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education through our passionate team.

As a Level 2 Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education to our children.
• Engage with parents and the community to enhance learning experiences.
• Support children’s development through creative and purposeful activities.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a nurturing environment.

What do we need from you?

• A genuine passion for working in childcare.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications: NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
