Contract Type: Full Time - 37 hours

Hourly Rate: £13.58 per hour

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children at all times.
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
• Observe, assess, and accurately record children’s learning and development.
• Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice.

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
