Membership Sales & Customer Experience Representative

Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-person to join our team as a Membership Sales & Customer Experience Representative. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to customers, building relationships, and selling memberships in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Your primary responsibility will be selling monthly car wash memberships while delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

Compensation: Base salary + commission (upside earning potential)

$16 hourly

• Proactively sell car wash memberships to customers on site
• Educate customers on membership benefits and service options
• Build rapport and create long-term customer relationships
• Greet customers with a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
• Answer questions and resolve basic customer concerns
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales area
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals

• Sales experience (retail, memberships, subscriptions, phone or face-to-face sales preferred)
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills
• Bilingual required (English & Spanish)
• Friendly, confident, and very conversational personality
• Self-motivated, hungry, and goal-driven
• Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
