Responsibilities
Create compelling content that reflects the brand’s story, vision, and guidelines
Author, edit, and maintain sitewide ecommerce content including homepages, collections, landing pages, and gift guides
Manage and update content across US, Canada and International websites
Edit and refine content to improve clarity, engagement, and SEO performance
Own the web production lifecycle from asset delivery through QA, approvals, and launch
Partner with Project Management and Creative teams to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery
Collaborate with Engineering, Development, and QA teams to implement updates and maintain ADA compliance standards
Own and continuously optimize key customer journeys by ensuring cohesive storytelling, intuitive navigation, and identifying friction points to recommend enhancements that improve user experience and conversion rates
Monitor and analyze weekly site performance, develop and evolve reporting frameworks, and deliver actionable, data-driven insights and optimizations to improve conversion rate (CVR), engagement, and overall site performance
Coordinate with Testing team to execute A/B tests
Research competitors, industry trends, and UX best practices and apply insights to enhance content strategy and on‑site experiences
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in e‑commerce content management, Salesforce experience is a bonus
Highly organized; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong project management expertise including excellent multi‑tasking, prioritization and organization skills
Extreme attention to detail, ability to review and edit your own work
Ability to author and edit HTML; understanding of CSS and other basic front‑end development principals
Self sufficient
Education BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related areas of study required.

Estimate Salary 90k – 100k
