Role Responsibilities
Managing web analytics tracking and reporting to uncover trends, insights and opportunities to optimize content, user experience and campaign performance. This includes leveraging web analytics platforms and data visualizations.
Collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, product, UX and engineering teams to align on key metrics, implement tracking, analyze performance data, and make informed recommendations.
Creating and overseeing website business requirements for analytics and tagging.
Overseeing user acceptance testing with agency and cross‑functional teams.
Maintaining delivery support and digital implementation.
Liaising with media and digital on third‑party tagging.
Monitoring website and campaign analytics dashboards on a daily and weekly basis, highlighting key findings and insights to stakeholders.
Developing insightful monthly and quarterly performance reports and presentations covering key digital metrics, trends over time, analysis of changes, and recommended actions to drive continuous optimization.
Conducting regular analysis of site content performance, user behavior flow, and funnel analysis to identify enhancement opportunities that will improve engagement.
Staying on top of industry best practices in leveraging web analytics and experimentation to create a superior digital experience and support business growth objectives.
Leveraging strong analytical abilities, technical aptitude with web analytics platforms, and the capacity to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in media analytics in a professional environment.
Knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related life sciences industry and in the assigned line of business.
Acumen for analyzing data sets and providing actionable insights for executive decision‑making.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable successful delivery.
Familiarity with data‑driven media planning and buying approaches.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred), Google Analytics, or similar platforms, Adobe Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms, MTA tools, Dynamic Creative Optimization, and AI products.
Ability to contribute to cross‑functional and cross‑business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful delivery.
Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Excellent listening, time‑management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Other Job Details
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00. The position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive program.
Benefits include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions, additional retirement savings contribution, paid vacation, holidays, personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).
Work Location Assignment: Hybrid, requires 2–3 days per week onsite.
