Über
We’re looking for a Pre Sales Solution Consultant to help tackle some of the biggest challenges facing public sector organizations across the US—at the federal, state, and local level. This role is about working closely with government agencies to design and deliver smarter, more efficient digital and operational solutions that genuinely improve public services.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with stakeholders to understand their challenges—from legacy systems and compliance requirements to service delivery and efficiency—and shaping solutions that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Working directly with agency leaders to understand challenges around service delivery, compliance, and operations
Leading discovery sessions to uncover needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Analyzing business processes, regulations, and constituent needs across different government bodies
Designing and presenting tailored solutions that drive efficiency, transparency, and better outcomes
Supporting RFP/RFI responses by translating requirements into clear solution strategies
Collaborating with internal teams to build compelling proposals and solution architectures
Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and acting as a go-to advisor
Contributing to the wider public sector community through knowledge sharing, events, and thought leadership
Qualifications
4+ years in solution consulting or pre-sales, ideally with a background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
Strong experience solving complex public sector challenges—especially around digital transformation, security, and compliance
Confident communicator who can clearly explain ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and leading conversations from discovery through to solution delivery
A strategic thinker who can break down complex problems and turn them into practical solutions
Nice to have
Experience working directly with public sector organizations
Knowledge of government procurement and compliance processes
Involvement in speaking engagements, workshops, or industry panels
