Role Description This full‑time hybrid Sales Associate role is based in New Orleans, LA, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Sales Associate will focus on driving sales by identifying and cultivating client opportunities, delivering customized insurance solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities also include conducting prospecting activities, delivering product presentations, negotiating terms, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a customer‑focused approach and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Sales and relationship‑building skills to effectively engage with prospective clients and maintain positive client relationships
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for delivering tailored insurance solutions
Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth
Time management and organizational skills to plan and meet sales objectives
Customer service and problem‑solving skills to respond to client needs and resolve inquiries effectively
Experience using CRM software or sales tools is a plus
Goal‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)
