In this role, you won't just react to problems—you'll prevent them. You will deeply understand a portfolio of advertiser accounts, continuously monitor their content performance data, and provide strategic, actionable guidance to improve creative approval rates and overall campaign health. You will support content compliance, helping advertisers and our internal Account Managers navigate policies to achieve their business goals without friction.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, Ad Operations) with direct client communication.
1+ years of experience in digital media.
Strong understanding of content moderation and platform policies.
Ability to interpret performance data and use it to drive decisions.
Proficiency in using BI tools, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with global teams or a remote supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve creative approval and performance for a dedicated portfolio of key advertiser accounts.
Monitor dashboards daily to proactively identify risks and performance, surfacing issues before they elevate and uncover opportunities for creative optimization.
Analyze content performance data to identify performance trends and suggest refresh strategies that align with platform policies and business goals.
Support Policy and Account Management teams, interpreting compliance guidelines to support advertiser success.
Track key metrics (e.g., compliance, approvals, creative health) and maintain dashboards or reports to inform recommendations.
Contribute insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings by maintaining a deep understanding of assigned accounts and their content performance.
