Stelfox is partnering with a leading client based in Dublin to hire a Senior IAM & Security Engineer.
This is a hands-on, senior-level position requiring strong expertise in cloud identity, authentication, and security engineering.
This role is strictly onsite 5 days per week and offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale systems within a high-performing engineering environment.
You will act as a seasoned technical expert, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering activities.
While you will not have direct reports, you will play a key role in influencing technical direction, mentoring team members, and driving critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Define requirements and contribute to solution design Design, build, and deploy secure IAM and cloud-based solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system requirements Integrate and manage systems in complex environments Build and optimise deployment pipelines and engineering processes Execute testing (integration, regression, performance) and resolve issues Work with large datasets to meet business and technical needs Document processes for deployment, support, and maintenance Identify gaps in standards and drive continuous improvement Skills and Qualifications 7+ years experience in Information Security Strong expertise in SSO protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, SCIM, FIDO) Experience with IAM solutions, especially PingFederate / PingAccess Strong expertise in development of Cloud IAM solutions for AWS, GCP and Azure Experience with identity federation and synchronisation (PingIDM/SCIM) Solid Java/J2EE development background Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, PAM, and risk-based authentication Experience with APIs, REST services, and modern architectures Proficiency in Linux/Windows and scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.) Experience delivering large-scale cloud/security projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you are interested in this role, click 'apply' to send an updated copy of your CV to Honey Rathore or email for more details.
