Group Financial Controller

Cpl Executive is exclusively retained with our client who is seeking an experienced compliance focused Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function within a growing, internationally active organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance across several jurisdictions, and support strategic decision-making.

• Managing monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow and treasury, and leading the year-end audit process.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, systems and processes, while developing and mentoring a small finance team.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and experience operating in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, strong leadership capability and the ability to engage at senior level are essential. xcfaprz
