Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SAP Project Manager
to support a large-scale
SAP modernisation and S/4HANA transformation programme , with a particular focus on integration and interface delivery.
This role will play a key part in ensuring that
SAP integrations, interfaces and middleware solutions
are delivered effectively, securely and in line with business and technical requirements.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of
technical SAP integration knowledge and project delivery experience , working closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality outcomes across a complex technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
Lead delivery of SAP integration and interface-related workstreams across projects and BAU initiatives
Manage timelines, priorities and dependencies across multiple deliverables
Ensure consistent execution aligned with project goals and governance standards
Support S/4HANA-related integration activities, including migration and redesign of legacy interfaces
Integration Oversight & Solution Delivery
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP interfaces and integration solutions
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and best-practice standards
Work closely with technical teams to validate solution design and implementation
Support troubleshooting and resolution of integration-related issues
Governance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks including change control, testing and release management
Maintain oversight of documentation, standards and delivery processes
Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution
Drive quality and consistency across all integration deliverables
Operational Stability & Continuous Improvement
Support stability and performance of SAP interfaces across the system landscape
Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and standardisation
Drive root cause analysis and resolution of recurring integration issues
Collaborate with support teams to enhance monitoring and system resilience
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Work closely with technical teams, functional stakeholders and third-party xcfaprz vendors
Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication
Facilitate workshops, project updates and delivery reviews
Build strong relationships across both technical and non-technical teams
Key Skills & Experience
Strong experience in
SAP Project Management , ideally within integration-focused environments
Hands-on knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as
CPI, PI/PO, IDocs and APIs
Experience supporting
SAP S/4HANA programmes , particularly integration and migration activities
Strong understanding of governance, testing and release management processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
