We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the full application lifecycle-design, build, test, deploy, and support-by delivering scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. In this role, you will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation, and integrations that improve business processes and user experience. The successful candidate will thrive in an Agile delivery environment, take ownership of solutions end-to-end, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners. This position contributes directly to operational efficiency, reliable releases, and strong Salesforce adoption across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex (bulkified triggers), asynchronous processing (Queueable/Future/Batch), and comprehensive Apex test coverage
Implement and maintain Salesforce security standards (profiles/permission sets, sharing, FLS, encryption) and support data governance/compliance requirements
Improve and modernize existing solutions by refactoring code, increasing test coverage, and resolving performance/governor limit issues
Support reliable releases by following Salesforce DevOps practices (e.g., Git branching, pull requests, CI/CD, metadata deployments)
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver enhancements that improve automation, data quality, reporting, and platform usability
Maintain code quality through peer reviews, coding standards, and knowledge sharing/mentoring
Drive delivery for complex initiatives, including technical design, estimation, and execution in an Agile environment
Ensure solution quality by developing unit/integration tests and partnering with QA/UAT to validate functional and non-functional requirements
Build intuitive user experiences with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and configure declarative automation (Flows, validation rules) aligned to a clean, scalable data model
Design and support integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, and middleware patterns; maintain technical documentation and runbooks
Support end-to-end implementations, including requirements clarification, build, deployment, and post-release support/incident resolution
Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team (Admins, BAs, QA, Product, and business stakeholders)
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and provide status updates, risks, and recommendations
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and deployments using metadata/source control
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and Salesforce release management; able to design within governor limits
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce clouds/products such as Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communications/Media, or other industry solutions (preferred)
