We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of$78,000 - $100,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA
1. Workforce Data Analysis and Reporting Collect, organize, and validate workforce data from multiple sources
Design and deliver dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Snowflake, Think-cell or similar
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
Ensure data governance and accuracy across all HR systems
Analyze workforce trends (e.g., turnover, headcount, productivity) and provide insights to HR leadership
2. Workforce Planning Support Contribute to the creation and maintenance of workforce plans aligned with strategic objectives
Collaborate with HR business partners, Finance, and department leaders to integrate workforce plans into operational strategies
Ensure data integrity across workforce planning activities and maintain relevant databases
Conduct regular audits to confirm timely completion of Workforce actions
3. HRIS Management Oversee HRIS data integrity, and compliance
Collaborate with HRIT and vendors to implement system enhancements to support workforce analytics and reporting
Own, update, and troubleshoot any issues with key internal and global reporting tools
4. Strategic Advisory Partner with HR and business units to align workforce analytics with organizational goals
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities based on data insights
Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance organizational workforce planning capabilities
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the workforce planning function
Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fieldData modeling and visualization.
2 years of relevant experience analyzing data.
Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Python knowledge is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills.
Stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have Proven experience in workforce planning and analytics.
Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday) and data visualization tools.
Understanding of finance principles and methods.

Schedule Type: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote).
