Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time
In-Person | North Carolina
Schedule: 2–3 days per week + 1–2 Saturdays per month (4-hour Saturday shifts)
Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience
Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for expanded hours as the practice grows)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team.
While prior experience in weight loss medicine is appreciated, it is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal provider will have a strong general medical foundation and a genuine interest in lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to expand their expertise in a growing, specialized field while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations for weight loss and TRT patients
Order and interpret laboratory testing to guide clinical decision-making
Develop personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle coaching, medications, and supplement protocols
Educate patients on weight management, TRT, BHRT, and aesthetic services
Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
Qualifications
Active North Carolina license as a FNP or PA-C
Strong foundation in general medicine and clinical decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and follow established protocols
Interest in obesity medicine, hormone therapy, and aesthetics (preferred but not required)
