About Us

We are a growing medical practice dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term success in weight loss and overall wellness.

Our science-based, comprehensive approach focuses on addressing the root causes of obesity, metabolic dysfunction, and hormone imbalance. In addition to medical weight loss services, we provide:

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for women

  • A full range of aesthetic services

Our team is passionate about helping patients feel their best — both inside and out.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team.

While prior experience in weight loss medicine is appreciated, it is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal provider will have a strong general medical foundation and a genuine interest in lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetics.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to expand their expertise in a growing, specialized field while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations for weight loss and TRT patients

  • Order and interpret laboratory testing to guide clinical decision-making

  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle coaching, medications, and supplement protocols

  • Educate patients on weight management, TRT, BHRT, and aesthetic services

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation

Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina license as a FNP or PA-C

  • Strong foundation in general medicine and clinical decision-making

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow established protocols

  • Interest in obesity medicine, hormone therapy, and aesthetics (preferred but not required)

Why Join Us?
  • Competitive compensation with opportunity for growth

  • Flexible part-time schedule

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Ongoing training in weight loss and hormone therapy

  • Meaningful work that helps transform patients’ lives

  • Potential for expanded hours as the practice grows
