A well-established regional medical system in a scenic western, MA is seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to replace a retiring specialist and join a collegial, mission-driven team. This hospital-based position blends inpatient and outpatient consultative care with participation in robust Infection Control and Antibiotic Stewardship programs. Physicians manage diverse pathology including chronic infections, HIV care, and wound clinic consults. Close to the international airport.
Hospital Employee . Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Up to 7 weeks of PTO available. Guaranteed $294K salary (2 - 3 years) + RVU conversion after. Additional $17.5K incentive + negotiable $45K sign-on. Hospital-based consult service (IP + OP). Alternating physician call (7 on / 7 off phone consult only). Driving distance of major Northeast metros. Region offers a four-season lifestyle, exceptional schools, cultural amenities, and abundant outdoor recreation.
