Join the elite trauma team at a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center. We're seeking a locums orthopedic trauma surgeon to provide expert surgical care and on-call trauma support for a high-acuity, high-volume service.

• Level I Adult Trauma Center serving Missouri and Illinois
• Daily trauma census of 3545 patients
• 23 dedicated orthopedic trauma ORs daily
• Strong support team including residents, NPs, and clinical trauma nurses
• Access to fellowship-trained orthopedic traumatologists
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Scope Includes:

• High-energy fractures, polytrauma, and periarticular injuries
• Ilizarov techniques, pelvic/acetabular reconstruction
• Advanced hindfoot, ankle, and limb deformity correction
• No elective clinic unless requested

Job Details:

• Shifts : 24-hour call; frequency flexible
• Support : In-house backup from trauma fellows and residents
• Credentialing : Streamlined for locums; malpractice provided
• Housing and travel : Covered
