New Surgical Retinal position near Western Chicago. Live in the Northwestern/Western Suburbs and take over a 6-year-old retinal practice with over 12,000 retinal charts. No-PE employed with a partnership track of 12-24 months depending on experience. $500k base plus collections bonus available year one. Average of 30-45 patients per day in clinic, with 4 surgery days per month. Call is telephone call only with no trauma. Generous time off and CME, along with a 401k, and medical benefits.
