Ophthalmology Physician

A growing ophthalmology practice is seeking a Cataract Surgeon with Glaucoma expertise to take over an established patient panel due to a retiring physician.

This role offers immediate access to high-volume surgical and clinical demand , with a strong concentration of glaucoma cases and a collaborative MD/OD practice model.

• Full-time outpatient + surgical schedule
• Balanced clinic and OR time
• Minimal call requirements

• Diagnose and treat glaucoma conditions
• Perform cataract and glaucoma procedures
• Manage high-volume patient panel
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Maintain documentation and compliance

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship in Glaucoma preferred
• Active or eligible New York medical license

• Strong glaucoma and cataract surgical expertise
• Ability to manage complex cases
• Strong patient communication
