As Director, you will guide clinical standards, operational performance, quality initiatives, and team development ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care. Both full-time and part-time options are available, offering flexibility within a leadership-level position.
Position Highlights
- Leadership role with direct oversight of anesthesia services
- Supervision and collaboration with CRNAs in a team-based model
- Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedics, spine, ENT, general, and gynecology
- Call typically 2-3 days per month
- Full-time or part-time schedule flexibility
- Physician-led, collaborative surgical setting
- Multiple operating rooms and advanced procedural suites
- Strong partnership with surgeons and executive leadership
- Focus on quality improvement and data-driven outcomes
- Administrative support for budgeting, compliance, and program development

- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Active, unrestricted Idaho medical license (or eligibility)
- 5-7 years of clinical anesthesia experience
- 2+ years of leadership or administrative experience preferred
- Experience working in a collaborative CRNA care team model
- Strong operational, financial, and quality oversight skills
