Lead with purpose as an Anesthesia Director in a high-performing surgical environment in Post Falls, Idaho. This role blends clinical excellence with strategic leadership, overseeing anesthesia services across multiple surgical suites and procedural areas while maintaining a manageable call schedule of just 2-3 days per month.
As Director, you will guide clinical standards, operational performance, quality initiatives, and team development ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care. Both full-time and part-time options are available, offering flexibility within a leadership-level position.
Position Highlights
  • Leadership role with direct oversight of anesthesia services
  • Supervision and collaboration with CRNAs in a team-based model
  • Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedics, spine, ENT, general, and gynecology
  • Call typically 2-3 days per month
  • Full-time or part-time schedule flexibility

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology
  • Active, unrestricted Idaho medical license (or eligibility)
  • 5-7 years of clinical anesthesia experience

  • 2+ years of leadership or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience working in a collaborative CRNA care team model
  • Strong operational, financial, and quality oversight skills
