Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary along with value-based incentives and performance-driven bonus potential, 100K+

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Ability to obtain or quickly secure an Alabama state medical license
  • Passion for senior-focused, preventive, relationship-based care
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team structure
  • Comfortable managing an exclusively 65+ patient panel
  • New graduates welcome if aligned with the value-based care mission
