Surgery - General Physician

• One clinic day per week (8am - 4:30 pm)
• Four Inpatient/OR days per week
• Plus Call: APP's take first call (ICU, ED, Outpatient)
• Weeknight/Weekend Call divided amongst three APP's
• Vein Call divided amongst two APP's (including this locum)

Volume:

• OR Cases: On average 3- 8 cases per week
• CVICU: 10 bed unit

o Case Types:

• Saphenous and radial vein harvesting (Utilize Getinge EVH)

o Clinical support:

• One CVS Surgeon (plus three locums)
• Two APPs

o EMR and Dictation Tools:

• EPIC/Dragon

o Required experience, training, and certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
