Pathology Physician

Excellent opportunity for a motivated BE/BC AP/CP Pathologist to join a growing hospital-based practice in Laredo, Texas!
Details:

• Full-time position
• Hospital-based practice
• Subspecialty training preferred but not required
• Nationally recognized and pathologist-owned laboratory
• Sign out a wide range of anatomic pathology cases
• Provide frozen section coverage
• Oversee clinical laboratory operations and quality
• Collaborate with a dedicated onsite Pathologists Assistant (majority of grossing performed by PA)
• Access remote digital pathology support and expert consultation
• Participate in tumor boards, hospital committees, and multidisciplinary meetings
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and hospital standards
• Strong organizational and digital pathology support
• Supportive and collaborative practice environment
• This position offers the autonomy of an independent hospital role with the strong backing of a collaborative, experienced pathology team
