Nocturnist Physician

Compensation: $332,800 base salary

A hospital-employed hospitalist group in Troy, New York is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join an established inpatient team. This is a 7-on/7-off schedule with strong system support and a collaborative practice environment.

• 7 PM 7 AM schedule

• 7 on / 7 off rotation

• Closed ICU (ICU team manages ICU patients)

• No required procedures

• Nocturnists respond to rapid responses and codes

• Average daily census: patients per physician

• APP support included

Both experienced physicians and upcoming 2026 graduates working toward board certification are encouraged to apply.

• Base salary: $332,800

• Starting bonus up to $40,000
