Package on offer: Performance based bonus Company vehicle Pension Full medical insurance Generous annual leave balances Life assurance Responsibilities: Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications Overseeing and interpreting design documents provided by the client, architect, or design team Coordinating and maintaining communication with consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and on-site teams Supervising and tracking progress of groundworks and civil engineering contractors Identifying and resolving unforeseen technical issues or challenges that arise during construction Managing and coordinating all health and safety activities to ensure site compliance Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring adherence to BCAR (Building Control Amendment xcfaprz Regulations) requirements Key skills required: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related discipline) Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with a leading developer and/or main contractor Solid understanding of current Irish building regulations and certification standards Skills: Engineering apartments leadership Benefits: Company vehicle bonus pension and health insurance
