This is a client-facing role, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across retail, foodservice, and wholesale sectors.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Support contract management, pricing, and product launches.
Assist with market research and business development initiatives.
Skills & Experience Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development, ideally in FMCG, food, or beverage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, with good numerical and analytical ability.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; driving license may be required.
Desirable: Experience in retail, foodservice, or wholesale channels.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
