Cardiology Physician

Coverage Needed :

• Start Date: 6/1/2026
• End Date: Unknown
• Schedule:
  • Weekend call: Fri 5p-7a Mon
  • Mon-Fri 7a-7a 24hr call + cathlab
  • One week a quarter with flexibility for weekends
  • Sun-Sun 7a-7a
  • Cathlab Mon-Fri 7a-5p

Clinical Details :

• Patients per Day: 0-8; Mostly around 2-3 daily
• Call: Yes, 30min response
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: No APP support
• Procedures: STEMIs, cardiac caths, interventions, PCI, and PE
• Average Admissions While On Call: 3
• Switchboard will notify the physician of a STEMI via phone and pager
• Patient load during 7a-5p: 0-7 max for add-on procedures in the cathlab
• No CT surgery onsite

Requirements :

• Board Certified
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Must be local enough to drive in - a radius of no more than 5 hours
• DEA not required
• Will not consider IMLC candidates
