CentiMark Corporation is hiring a Client Service Associate in Canonsburg, PA! Do you have previous Sales experience with National Accounts? This could be THE career move for you!
Job Summary:

  • Customer Satisfaction Outreach : Proactively contact customers (post-service, post-quote, or at regular intervals) to gather feedback on their satisfaction with services, products, and overall experience, documenting all responses in Salesforce.
  • Quote Review and Consultation: Initiate outbound calls to customers to review detailed quotes, answer questions, clarify scope of work, and address any concerns to facilitate informed decision-making and secure approvals.
  • Preferred Customer Service Program Enrollment : Call existing and prospective customers to introduce the benefits of the preferred customer service program, answer inquiries, and schedule meetings for enrollment.
  • Digital Customer Portal Demonstrations : Conduct outbound calls to schedule and facilitate virtual demonstrations (e.g., Google Meets) of the digital customer portal, guiding customers through its features and benefits to encourage adoption and utilization.
  • Leak Repair Work Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-up calls specifically for leak repair work to ensure customer satisfaction, verify the effectiveness of the repair, and address any lingering concerns/recommended work.
  • Ongoing Relationship Nurturing: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through regular, proactive communication, demonstrating a commitment to their long-term satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional service.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, scheduled meetings, and follow-up activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaboration with Sales/Service Teams: Communicate relevant customer feedback, sales opportunities, or service issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., sales, service technicians) to ensure seamless customer experience and resolution.

Job Qualifications:
  • Previous Sales experience a plus
