- Start Date: May 10, 2026.
- Contract Length: Ongoing (13-week initial blocks).
- Schedule: 4 shifts per week (9-hour shifts).
- Shift Times: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible Monday Sunday options).
- Work-Life Balance: No formal night call required.
- Support Staff: APPs on staff for rounding and clinical support.
- EMR: EPIC (Required proficiency).
- Average Daily Census: Up to 12 patients per day.
- Patient Population: Adults (18+).
- Department Focus: Comprehensive stroke facility.
- Responsibilities: On-site stroke call/response.
- Tele-neurology support for off-site locations.
- General neurology inpatient consultations during the day.
- Procedures: None required.
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neurology.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience post-residency/fellowship.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand (Required). No "willing to license" candidates.
- Certifications: Active DEA with a PA address registration.
- Documentation: NPDB self-query dated within 6 months.
- Full 7-year work history or list of last 10 assignments.
- Full disclosure of all malpractice history.
- Standard Timeframe: 90 days.
- Temporary Privileges: Available only for "true urgent needs" and clean, non-complex files; must be approved at the start of the process.
- Deadline: Provider must be fully cleared 2 business days prior to the May 10th start date.
