Job Description

Description:

Are you a compassionate, detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment? Join our dedicated fertility care team and play a meaningful role in helping patients build families. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and laboratory staff in a specialty setting that blends advanced medicine with heartfelt care.

The Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality clinical support across all phases of patient care — from diagnostics through treatment — while delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories, fertility histories, and physical examinations.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing related to fertility care including hormone panels, ultrasounds, and imaging studies.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with reproductive endocrinologists.
  • Monitor patients undergoing fertility treatments including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Perform baseline and monitoring ultrasounds when credentialed and trained.
  • Prescribe medications and adjust treatment protocols according to physician-approved plans and clinical findings.
  • Manage early pregnancy monitoring including lab interpretation and ultrasound follow-up.
  • Assist physicians with fertility-related procedures.
  • Educate patients regarding fertility diagnoses, treatment options, and medication protocols.
  • Provide counseling regarding treatment expectations, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support patients through complex and emotionally sensitive treatment journeys.
  • Ensure patients understand medication administration and monitoring schedules.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and embryology lab staff to coordinate patient treatment cycles.
  • Review laboratory and ultrasound results and communicate updates to patients.
  • Document patient encounters and treatment plans in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Follow clinic protocols and evidence-based fertility practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

Why join us?

  • Consistent Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm schedule with weekend/holiday rotation limited to morning hours
  • Specialized training in reproductive medicine
  • The opportunity to make a lasting impact in patients' lives during a meaningful journey
  • Competitive pay, with medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays
