Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

Choose from two practice locations: a blend of Family and Sports Medicine or a traditional Family Medicine setting. Experience in Sports Medicine is preferred for the former. Both roles require the provider to see patients aged 5 years and up, ensuring a wide range of clinical engagement. The practice supports approximately 20-30 patients per day, offering a full spectrum of care including adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy a flexible, full-time schedule tailored to your practice preference and the current staffing needs. Call duties are shared, with an expectation of 3-4 days per month. The shift is negotiable, providing the work-life balance necessary for personal and professional fulfillment.

Support and Work Environment

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an Ohio license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required by the start date.
• Willingness to relocate within a 40-mile radius if necessary.
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates, as well as 2025 graduates.
