Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

The gastroenterology division operates within a Trauma Level IIA hospital, equipped with an owned endoscopy center and an outpatient clinic, facilitating seamless access to patient care across settings. Schedule and Assignment Details
Physicians can expect a varied schedule with on-call responsibilities shared among the team at a 1:6 ratio, including some weekends. Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology, with a commitment to obtaining certification within one year if not already certified.

- Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain one is required.
- 5-8 years of GI work experience is highly preferred, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Current BLS certification and a clean malpractice and license history are mandatory.
- Commitment to COVID and flu vaccination as per health guidelines.
