Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a key role in supporting client needs and maintaining positive relationships throughout the season. This position involves assisting clients with general inquiries, providing helpful information, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
