Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our agencys daily operations. This role is responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a high level of service that strengthens client relationships and retention.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage explanations
Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and new policy applications
Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems (CRM)
Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps or cross-sell opportunities
Follow up on pending items, claims, and underwriting requests
Support agents with administrative tasks and client communication
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (insurance experience preferred)
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
