We’re looking for a super personable, upbeat, and organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our company. If you love talking to people, staying organized, and making someone’s day better with a great phone call — this role was made for you.


You are not “just answering phones.”

What You’ll Do (Daily Wins)

* Answer a multi-line phone system with confidence and professionalism

*Schedule appointments across 8 different calendars

*Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing clients

*Create a warm, welcoming experience for every caller

*Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

*Support the office team with day-to-day administrative needs


Who We’re Looking For


You might be a great fit if you are:

*Naturally friendly and confident on the phone

*Positive, upbeat, and a true team player

*Organized, reliable, and great at following through

*Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment


Required Qualifications


  • 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience
  • Confident using Google Calendar and scheduling tools
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM minimum with 90% accuracy
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball


*Applicants invited to interview will complete a short office skills assessment to qualify for the Customer Service Rep / Office Assistant position.
