• Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain the sales calendar for consultations.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients.
• Manage and update customer databases and sales tracking systems.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.

• Proven experience in sales coordination or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of interior design or home improvement is a plus.
• High school diploma required; additional education in business or design preferred.
